[Bug 25780] MS WORKS can't find licence terms

Which version of MSWorks? Looking at the appdb:
"I used winetricks to install gecko, richtx32, msxml4, msxml6 (I don't know
exactly which of this helped me).
Then it didn't appear."

Try those one at a time and see which fixes it. I'm guessing richtx32, based on
your terminal output...
