Still in wine 3.10

Confirming David Holm, I have the exact same situation: The main game is
working fine but the add-on fails.

The suggestion from Martin Schulze (raising the hard limit for the number of
open files) didn't affect the bug for me.

Also, the error message has a different path:

    Internal Error

    Q:\Patrician3_trunk\App\App.cpp(842) : Error in 'App:::Initialize' :

    Installation corrupt: 2:0xffffffff
