[Bug 54412] Setup failed when run ExamBible.exe with wine

I continue to track this issue. found the oleaut32 dll is end with 
"0x0D 0X0A 0X0D 0x0A" in  ExamBible.exe hex file

"0x0D 0X0A" can not be recognized as the end of string. normally the "\0" is
end of string. maybe somewhere is wrong. 

I attach the picture of ExamBile.exe as reference.
