I've installed Logos 9 into clean 64-bit WINEPREFIX. The indexer process 'LogosIndexer.exe' heavily churns CPU and definitely progressing over time until the end. Hover over the systray icon and check "...indexing xx % complete". I can't really help here unless there is a reproducible case. You need to provide more data. Console output, backtraces from Logos 9 indexer crashes.
