[Bug 9412] FL Studio 7 installer fails to register Vorbis codec in system.ini

Tested the latest FL Studio demo (10) on a fresh windows install.  The codec is
registered by the installer on Windows 7 64-bit, under
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32. 
system.ini is untouched.
