[Bug 41105] Tropico 5 (DX11) starts with only a mouse pointer on a black screen

Hi, I am using WineD3D DLLs (wined3d, d3d11, dxgi, libwine) on Windows. The
game starts and even intro sound plays, but after all intros I see only a mouse
pointer.
