[Bug 29540] Fallout 1 won't start

One more comment, I have installed Fallout 2 today, and got the same bug - it
won't run with Wine 1.3.36. Downgraded to 1.3.24 and it ran fine then.

The behaviour is the same as for Fallout 1, so I don't see if it makes sense to
describe it in details again.
