My NUMA late patch

Simply drop the attach patch in `wine-tkg-git/wine-tkg-userpatches/`, configure
your build and start the process. It should prompt you to apply the patch
before compiling wine. You can obviously apply the patch yourself or even build
wine from my numa branch direcly.
