+setupapi,+seh log... crashed in update.exe this time rather than ie7

In the attached log, ie7's update.exe crashes with heap corruption just after

trace:setupapi:SetupDefaultQueueCallbackA end copy
"y:\\789c3dd29f8e48c83f\\SP2GDR\\xmllite.dll" ->
"C:\\windows\\system32\\xmllite.dll"
