https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55985 --- Comment #3 from mythicalnewt(a)gmail.com --- After some testing and downloading binaries built by arch linux (https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/w/wine/), the latest version of wine that does not have this regression is wine 7.18. 7.2-1 seems to have another bug where the game refuses to launch but that is fixed in 7.2-2 and later builds until 7.19 where the save file bug reappears and is reproducible in wine 8.0, 8.15 and 8.22-2 from my testing. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
