[Bug 53717] Unreadable CDROM disk freezes wine

I understand it is not a bug per se, but it is incredibly annoying that if the
CD-ROM is busy Wine will not start as it tries to get a hold of the CD-ROM
which is constantly re-trying to read a broken disk. A cmd line parameter to
skip whatever is that Wine tries to do with the CD-ROM would be great... :-/
