Michael told me that he found a note, that all Promon Shield issues can be
worked around by adding:

at the end of

$WINEPREFIX/drive_c/users/Public/Application\
Data/Lexware/Quicken/2014/QUICKEN.INI

The main application starts up (without needing LZNT1 decompression), but then
crashes because of a different issue. Will open a separate bug report for that.
