[Bug 25717] Japanese fonts sometimes shifted to the left

Well, the FontLink problem does look a bit like bug 16325, but there was no
activity in that bug for over a year and I still think, that while substituting
by family name (as in FontSubstitutes) is a bit annoying, but to a point
acceptable, substituting by file name isn't.
And really, why FontSubstitutes doesn't have the same effect on spacing
FontLink does ?
