Yes. The download has changed though:
austin(a)aw25 ~ $ sha1sum NordicBet.exe 
58c4fcb4d62cb8381ccf2dca2c36486b5c15191c  NordicBet.exe

but it still fails to render/install properly. Native ie7 shows a bit more of
the window, but the install doesn't succeed for me.
