Hello folks,

although not directly related I found this wiki with information on cross
compiling FFmpeg for various Windows RT flavours, including Windows on ARM:

It might prove useful to have this build setup running under Wine

* Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, 2015 (command line)
* MSYS2
* YASM
