Hello folks,

works fine here with recent Wine version. Resolving 'fixed'.

Prerequisite: 'winetricks -q dotnet35'

$ sha1sum ExchFileMngr_1.16.0.548.exe 
ead1b254b0e385a2a34a35d36977961e2b6f2769  ExchFileMngr_1.16.0.548.exe

$ du -sh ExchFileMngr_1.16.0.548.exe 
8.4M    ExchFileMngr_1.16.0.548.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.19-70-gd6a59f7
