[Bug 45085] Provide packages for Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic Beaver

Ideally WineHQ should've put up packages back when Ubuntu 18.04 was in alpha or
beta, so that they'd be ready by the time 18.04 released.

I would also suggest adding packages for 18.10 "cosmic" while we're at it.
