Great, I'm going to need to reorganize a little bit to make that happen. 
RemoveDirectory doesn't use FILE_FLAG_OPEN_REPARSE_POINT (which is why the
current version is the way it is), so I'll need to fix that so this change
doesn't break RemoveDirectory.
