1.1.21 and still not even slightest traces of this bug on any of my test
machines (only nvidia cards, though - from integrated 6150 to 8800 GTS 512).
The original bug was probably either duplicate of bug 6531 or related to one of
the following:
1) Multi-GPU video driver issues;
2) Experimental kernel patches.
