I've retested with 1.3.16 from the wine PPA [1] and the same problem occurs. Attachment with the output to WINEDEBUG=+relay wine <path to program> follows. Also as a clarification this problem occurs in both the personal and business edition. This particular test was carried out with the personal edition demo.
