[Bug 33326] Sound problem with Game Maker 8.0 games

Status Update: This fixes work for small games like mine showed here. But if
you try a game with playing music + sounds environment sounds then the things
are going crazy!

The music is not playing at all, the sounds are laggy and the game becomes very
unstable and not responsive.

I hope that this can be fixed...
