[Bug 26272] Unity3D - Can't create a project

Tested patch 49247.

Creating a new project on a non-existing path, works.
Creating a new project on a already created project, works, message pops up.
Though Unity already has this detection when you click on the tab, disableding
the Create button.

Good work, hopefully this won't break other applications.

$ ./wine --version
wine-1.7.23-82-g0703567
