[Bug 32284] Update to Wine 1.5.18 broke Rosetta Stone 3.4.5 audio

I reverted wine to version 1.4, which is an earlier version than the one one
which Rosetta Stone was working properly, and I got the identical error
message, so I believe that the problem was not caused by the updates to wine.
Mint 13 has been getting a whole spate of updates recently and it was
apparently one of these that caused the problem. I wish I had a fix.
