Quick Question: When trying to install dotnet35 in 64bit prefix the install
fails during install with
01a9:err:msiexec:custom_action_server Failed to read from custom action server
pipe: 109
01af:err:msiexec:custom_action_server Failed to read from custom action server
pipe: 109

Is this error related or unrelated to this one?
(I think its unrelated because the same error happens with wine 3.12 and its
also not fixed by your patch, just want to make sure)
