Output from selected debugging channels

As requested, here is the log. I attempted to use a pipe, redirecting
the output just before starting the game. 

I hope you find what you need. It is quite lengthy. The redirect from
steam was clogging up the log.  For those that are interested 
DXVK version 0.71 fixes the main menu.
