Hi Luis, from the log: wine: cannot find L"C:\\windows\\system32\\pwrworld.exe"

The debuglog is not useful, you have to cd into the directory where it is first
to start the program.
I guess that would be cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files\
\(x86\)/PowerWorld/SimulatorGSO17/
