+d3dx,+d3dcompiler

With wine-6.11 I only needed native d3dcompiler_47 to make it work.
I checked a +loaddll log and builtin d3dx9_43 gets loaded.

Attached is a +d3dx,+d3dcompiler with everything builtin.
