log of ssmsee.exe - steps as described.

To reproduce:
Connect to a server
Select databases
Select a database (create one if necessary)
Right-click on Tables, select "New table" from the context menu

winetricks dotnet20 is needed to run the application. A running instance of SQL
Server is needed to reproduce this bug.
