Issue seen on FC26 and FC33 (Wine 6.x). This issue is not seen on FC31 (Wine
5.19)

$ wine --version
wine-5.19 (Staging)

I now suspect (not confirmed), that this has to do with the below packages.
Installing then on FC31 seems to have solved the screen tearing. But this needs
to be confirmed.

Wine Gecko (32 bit) version 2.47.1
Wine Gecko (64 bit) version 2.47.1
Wine Mono Windows Support 5.1.1
