[Bug 40925] UE4 games (Flame in the Flood, Into the Stars, Ethan Carter Redux) crash when attempting to render to a 3D texture

Log output of RiverGame with the patch

Tried the attached patch.
Game crashes with a fatal error and prints amongst other things this now:

fixme:d3d:viewport_miscpart Render target view not supported, resource type
WINED3D_RTYPE_TEXTURE_3D.
