[Bug 22221] start.exe crashes whenever i try to run a program

Normally i'm not runnig as root. But to be sure it's not a problem for me to
run it as root.

I was already in the the impression it was an Fedora packaging problem, but I
hoped some more info on this bug list to counter this problem.

Any thing I can do to get You more information on this?
