testcase for FI IMAGENAME

ReadCube 2.0 is not allowed to connect to the server now, so I created a test
case to demonstrate ReadCube's behaviour.

On Windows, the command "taskkill /f /fi \"IMAGENAME eq compute*\" " will kill
all the child-processes, while wine doesn't support such filters


I'd like to work on adding a basic implementation of taskkill filter
