Ah, you only need 
wine reg add "HKCU\\Software\\Wine\\Direct3D" /v "DirectDrawRenderer" /t REG_SZ
/d "gdi"

It also solves the problem backbuffer works around in the opengl renderer
besides the mouse thing.
