[Bug 40079] WineHQ 1.9.2 doesn't recognize the ALSA audio system in Ubuntu 15.10

I work with Ubuntu Studio 15.10 and Lubuntu 15.10.

With both OS, the only one audio device WineHQ 1.9.3 can recognize is Pulse
Audio. There is no any other chance.

And, if we can use any Windows audio apps., we have to use Pulse Audio only in
Stereo (if we set "winecfg" to surround audio, the audio apps will be frozen,
they won't work).
