[Bug 32201] Unclosed quotes in .inf files are tolerated by windows, not by wine

No, the issue is still there. If I load the web-page with the ActiveX control,
it makes the same error.

This error is printed on the console:

fixme:urlmon:install_inf_file [Add.Code] section not supported

and "Installation of component failed: 800f0100" is still shown.

However since 2012, in wine iexplore, the web page at least gets to the point
of loading the activex, rather than me having to do it manually or with native
IE, so kudos for that achievement guys.
