Output from the demo

Optained with:
* mscoree.dll set as native
* dotnet20 installed from winetricks
* pixel shaders and vertex shaders disabled (the output seems to be identical
with or without them anyway)
* running in a 1024x768 virtual desktop
* Nvidia 6800 with proprietary drivers
