Debug ouput with +ntdll, +tid

After updating to Wine 1.5.18 my previously working CMDcenter application
produces error'445' when opening a form. The error is not fatal but when the
form is displayed the data is not shown. 

I believe this is a regression error with Wine 1.5.18
