Oh good lord.  This is getting beyond ridiculous!

cups-libs-2.4.2-5.fc37.x86_64
cups-libs-2.4.2-5.fc37.i686


Now no wine program can print to a local printer.  (Linux program print just
fine)

But, they can print to network printers!

Reverting back to Wine 6
