Log of WINEDEBUG=warn+ddraw,warn+d3d,warn+d3d_surface for a ~20s gameplay which
includes the case where the missing second cursor should show/hide

The attachment is gzipp'ed as the original log is ~ 35 MB. The gzipped version
is considerably smaller.
