[Bug 25717] Japanese fonts sometimes shifted to the left

It seems an important part of the problem is the fact,
that despite all of Replacement and FontSubstitutes, 
once MS Shell Dlg is substituted by MS UI Gothic,
IPAMonaPMincho gets chosen by WineEngCreateFontInstance,
instead of IPAMonaUIGothic.
Something seems to break if substitution is indirect.
