Problem with blinking monitor occurs only if I'm using dual head (Xinerama) and
if Lotus Notes performs "refresh Notes configuration settings". If I'm using
notebook's LCD only no problem occours (excluding annoying
"err:win:DefWindowProcW called for other process window 0x10020")
