OK, i found why you might not be able to reproduce this. When FSAA is not
forced for nvidia drivers, this problem doesn't exist. So, to reproduce:

__GL_FSAA_MODE=8 wine gta_sa

or, just set FSAA settings to override application settings and some non-zero
smoothing in nvidia-settings.
