In a clean prefix

- Download client from
http://www.playragnarok.com/downloads/clientdownload.aspx
- Install client
- Run launcher (patcher)
- After update try start game.

After these steps the erros are showed.
If vcrun2008 has installed the patcher don't corrupt files and the game works.
