Thanks for your contribution! Could the lack of sound indicate that some of
these mfplat calls do require a real implementation instead of stubs? I will
also try to apply the patch and see how it behaves in my enviroment with
pipewire-pulse and wireplumber. I still hope it's just a configuration issue.
