Thanks for doing the regression test! It is plausible that IDirectDrawSurface3,
IDirectDrawSurface4 and IDirectDrawSurface7 have different SetSurfaceDesc
behavior. You can help by porting the set_surface_desc_test in
dlls/ddraw/tests/dsurface.c to IDirectDrawSurface4 and IDirectDrawSurface7 and
see if any of those functions behave differently.
