[Bug 7116] Need for Speed 3 doesn't start

One source of confusion with this has been that the game installs a Desktop
icon and a programs menu icon to run the game, but using either of these
triggers the problem. My guess is that these aren't changing directories
correctly (although I looked at the shortcut info, the directory information is
correctly set).
