5744 is taking longer than I expected to review, so I debugged this one. Turned
out to be a WMV-specific piece, so no risk for conflicts.

Please check if https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/5846 fixes
it. If not, that game is doing something weird, like Submarine Titans.

(Hope there aren't a bunch of tests that expect that field to be zeroed...
those media types can be so fiddly.)
