[Bug 37688] Tera online has difficulty starting after new Patch to Launcher

This bug also affects me, I'm running Archlinux. I tried running Tera from a
32bit chroot with 1.7.33 wine and I get the same error. It seems to be either
an error either with SteamSuport.dll or the vcrun2010, since installing the
newest vcredist works for those on Windows (according to the Tera forums).
