[Bug 40583] Wine - mtndew.dll fails to initialize due to memory pointer work

We have re-coded our TLS implementation within Eldorito based upon your
feedback. Still not successfully running yet in WINE, but we're building
additional tracing into our code to hunt it down. The new TLS method does not
cause WINE to reject mtndew.dll.
