[Bug 15350] wrong keyboard layout in Tomb Raider Anniversary / Legend

Setting back the 1st language to English(UK), the 2nd to French, and the
current one to the 2nd seem to fix key issue, but the patch is pretty useless
then, as the same workaround works without.
